Each part is designed to address common frontline telecommunicator issues in the emergency communications center, and how to overcome each. Through interactive exercises, we will examine where we have opportunities in our journey to adopt a growth mindset and explore how to refresh our perspective, sharpen our tools for success, and meet the mission like never before.
