Middle Management (Wed June 29th) Max 35 Participants This session is comprised of 4 parts: The Art of Communication - Giving and Receiving Feedback, NextGen Leadership, NextGen Culture, and The Next Normal: Change Management. Each part is designed to equip middle managers or those aspiring to promote to middle management with leadership tools that match today's moment and tomorrow's movement. When we promote for leadership positions we often do not train our leaders on how to lead effectively, and we fail to give them tools to succeed. This training session is designed to introduce you to the leader that you already are, equip you with new strategy, and empower you to lead with confidence, vulnerability, and bravery. Lunch will be on your own. This training is sponsored by Charles City County Sheriff's Office, City of Petersburg Police, City of Hopewell Police and Sussex County Sheriff's Office Multi-Jurisdictional PEP Education Grant.
