Apartment/Housing Maintenance Technician position Available. Full Time. Competitive Pay based on Experience. Experience not required but preferred. Looking for a hard working maintenance tech/handyman/ jack of all trades, good with their hands and ability to problem solve, an individual who is willing to show up for work every day and simply do their job. On call required but rarely get calls. Must have valid drivers license and vehicle. We are an apartment housing company that is constantly buying and selling properties.
