Perched on top of Hotel Hendricks in the heart of Midtown South, Daintree Rooftop & Lounge opened in 2021, and it reimagines the NYC rooftop bar scene from an Aussie point-of-view. Mixing a stylish and lush indoor lounge, that feels very much outdoors, with a spacious rooftop terrace, here you are surrounded with amazing views over the Manhattan skyline. Through the panoramic windows or out in the open, the south-facing vistas includes an unobstructed otulook over the Empire State Building. Up here you can indulge in a curated menu of cocktails and drinks, including a fine selection of Martinis, crafted and contemporary versions of New York classics, as well as a wine list with a distinctly Australian accent. Complementing the drinks are bar snacks and grazing plates with a playful approach to Aussie-Asian cuisine. This includes Chicken Salt & Seaweed Popcorn and Caviar & Chips, along with tempting plates of Oysters. Daintree NYC offers a fantastic setting for swanky lounge evenings, with pretty much all the views and drinks you could want. Early General Admission ticket holders must arrive between 4pm-8pm.
