The Long Island Gaming League and staff is hosting another event. This is part of our Bar Takeover summer gaming tour. We want to invite you to join us for another 21 & older Gaming / Social Mixer. We will be enjoying drinks, food, games, and networking on Friday June 24th, 2022. It will be at Ghost Brewing Company located at 25 Drexel Dr, Bay Shore, NY 11706. Last week we kicked on Dojo Rivals. Now we are in Week 2 of Dojo Rivals at @ Ghost during the Long Island Gaming League Bar Takeover Summer Gaming Tour. Gamers are competing at different bars across Long Island over the course of 15 Weeks. This is an open tournament so their is still time for you to compete anyone can participate in and if you place well, you could earn yourself a spot in Long Island's most prestigious fighting game tournament, The Dojo Storm. Matches take place on weekdays after working hours (Monday-Friday) This is a fantastic opportunity to earn bragging rights as one of the best fighters on Long Island by registering to compete. Dojo Rivals will host a series of in-person matches against other at bar locations all over Long Island. Fighters would receive the benefits of a large social media presence, with your name on marketing material throughout the season. This will also be displayed on our social media channels and our website. Games can be played on Xbox, PlayStation or switch. Fighters who register can choose to compete in one of the following games: Super Smash Bro Ultimate, Guilty Gear Strive, Tekken7 & Street Fighter V. Fighters accumulate weekly points, which are based on wins, losses, and no-shows during the season. The fighter with the most points at the end of the season will win a cash prize of $500 and the season 1 belt. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Here are the platforms available for each game during the series: Super Smash Bros.
