Come experience the beautiful world of bright energy ! You will encounter our community of compassionate teachers, healers and members, dedicated to sharing their gifts and abilities. You can partake in energy training, healing, and intuitive readings. Body & Brain focuses on complete holistic health and wellness that can brighten your energy, open your blockages, and heal your body, while igniting your spirit to help you in your life's journey. We will be offering an open class for you to discover the balancing effects of energy yoga, stretching, breathing, meditation and tai chi; the corner stone of our physical practice. (12pm & 3pm, MT) There will be performances of dance, drumming, sword and tai-chi. A variety of vendors will also be in attendance. Please join this fun afternoon of relaxing and enlightening energy.
