I am 74, former EMT, and am doing this simple treatment to avoid the covid virus. I take zicam, a zinc tablet and taking Vitamin D 5000 iu once or twice a day. I have been exposed to the virus but lucky to remain healthy. I have been denied preventative care by the VA and private doctors.
