Great opportunity available for an experienced Maintenance Technician (Anderson, Kokomo, South Bend) Qualified applicant must have Experience in the Following: -General maintenance skills to include * Electrical, carpentry, grounds/landscaping, * Remodeling - Kitchen, Bathroom and Plumbing * Countertop installation with experience in all countertop surfaces, (ex. Ceramic, Granite) * Appliance repair and installation * Heater and boiler repair * Installing tile in shower area * Interior and exterior painting * Experienced turning vacant units * Completing Work Orders assigned by Property Manager * Completing daily tasks -Must be able to complete work order forms, take direction, be organized, and possess the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, owner and residents. -Availability to participate in an on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies after hours as needed. -Must have a valid Driver's License -We need a person who can work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively. -This individual must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents and fellow employees, as well as have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. - Must be outgoing, hardworking and professional must be reliable, dependable, fast and efficient.
