LSR Mobile Blasting and Industrial Coatings is Hiring!!! Our commercial division is looking to add multiple high speed individuals to re-paint the interiors and exteriors of Walmart's across the US. We are currently working in Spokane Valley, Fairbanks Alaska and Ketchikan Alaska. This is a very high paced and self motivated position. Each project lasts approximately 12-14 weeks. These are “Open Store Remodels” meaning you will be working around the public, and everything has to be clean and safe at all times. They require all masking be taken down at end of shift and new paint stopped at a clean line to be aesthetically pleasing during the day for customers. Must be 18 years old, valid transportation, strong and fast work ethic, self motivated and have a keen eye for attention to detail. Night Shift 9pm-6am Sunday-Thursday Positions and Pay Laborer - $15-$19 Duties include masking, unmasking, cleaning, refilling paint, material runner, etc. (If you are wanting to get into this trade and have on the job training, please apply. We would love to train you!) Brush/Roll - $18-$22 Duties include Laborer plus affectively applying paint by brush and roller, to include cutting in edges and leaving a fine finish with no lap marks or holidays in a timely manner. Spray Applicator - $19-$35 Duties include Brush/Roll plus affectively applying paint with airless sprayer, to include airless pump maintenance, proper cleaning, fine finish with no lap marks, how to control over spray, knowledge on wet/dry film thickness, re-coat windows, and environmental conditions. Pay is depending on experience and subject to a probationary period Again, this is a very high paced environment and looking for individuals that want to travel (or stay local in Spokane)
