Time to hit the beach! Fun and challenging 60 min workout in the sand and surf will push you no matter what fitness level you are at. Total beginner, total bad-ass? No problem we'll adjust the workout to make sure you get everything you can out of it. At ENDVR Active Community we are all about making workouts fun and exciting! We'll workout then hang out and enjoy the beach. We'll have games, some light bites and drinks afterwards. We'll also have the grill going so feel free to bring whatever you want to cook up. Join us Saturday, June 25th at Apfell Park in East Beach, Galveston. 1923 Boddecker Rd. Galveston, 77550. We'll meet in front of Lifeguard Tower 2 at 9:00 am. There is limited free parking or you can pay $15 for parking at Apfell Park. It's going to be hot so bring tent or umbrella if you have it. Also, be sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated. Sunscreen will be a must bring as well. Make sure you have a solid breakfast to power you through the workout. This event is free and open to anybody 18 years+. Dogs are allowed on leash in that area. If you bring your dog, you MUST bring a tent or shade of some sort and plenty of water for them. We hope you join us!
