July 30th 6 pm Pasta Making Class Shrimp and Lobster Raviolis This Class is always fun! We will start off making our home-made pasta. While it is resting, We will make the Shrimp and Lobster Filling, made with Marscapone, Ricotta, Lemon, Shallots, Fresh Parsley. Then we made raviolis!! While the raviolis are cooking you can sit and enjoy a seasonal mixed green salad and your favorite beverage. Your Raviolis will be served with Garlic, Lemon, olive oil a little butter and red pepper flakes. Pecorino Romano and Cracked Black Pepper will finish the dish.
