Blue Line Home Services is adding an additional technician to our team! We basically do anything in a crawl space! Insulation, duct work, vapor barrier, drainage systems, crawl space doors, pest exclusion. We do it all! We are looking for a team player, someone who can follow directions and communicate well! No experience necessary, we will train the right person! Some of the Duties/Responsibilities: Installs and replaces insulation in buildings and mechanical systems. Reads building plans and blueprints to calculate the quantity and type of insulation materials needed to fulfill job requirements. Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines. Loads and unloads insulation materials. Installs or sprays insulation in attics. Measures and cuts insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes. Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, staples, or fasteners as needed. Transports needed tools and equipment to job site. Follows company and industry safety guidelines and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Install flexible or metal ductwork as needed. Install water pipe insulation as needed. Install vapor barrier as needed. Install drainage systems/french drains as needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow instructions. Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation. Ability to read blueprints and calculate insulation needed. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills.
