NEED PAINTER/ HANDYMAN TO ASSIST WITH APARTMENT TURNOVERS 68 unit loft apartment building in the 2600 block of Washington Blvd. Chicago is seeking a Part-Time person to assist our BUILDING MAINTENANCE ENGINEER with end of/ beginning of the month apartment turnovers. *** MUST BE AVAILABLE 3 DAYS BEFORE AND 3 DAYS AFTER MONTH END for unit turnovers between July - September. Responsibilities include: • Minor carpentry and handyman services • Repair walls/ patch holes • Painting walls, pipes, window ledges • Inspect/ tighten plumbing fixtures • Clean/ replace high level vents/ light bulbs **************************************************** • Final overall unit and appliance cleaning (A PLUS, but not necessary) ****POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY FOR REGULAR PART-TIME ASSITANCE TO BUILDING ENGINEER FOR ONGOING GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING AND SPECIAL PROJECTS.
