Housekeeper needed at Avalon Square Apartments 2400 Westheimer Houston, TX 77098 Options for schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am-11am or Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8am-5pm Duties include cleaning leasing office cleaning laundry rooms cleaning mail rooms cleaning fitness center cleaning business center cleaning apartments for make-ready or as needed, hallways and grounds freshens all "show units" assists in cleaning of hallways performs additional duties as requested by Community Manager Physical requirements: Constant need to be on feet (66%-100%) Constant need (66%-100%) to Bend/Stoop/Squat/Kneel Climb Stairs Push or Pull Reach above Shoulder Climb Ladders Grasp/Grip/Turning Finger Dexterity Lifting/carrying 1-25 lbs constant need (66%-100%) 25-50 lbs occasional need (1%-33%) 50-75 lbs rare need (less than 1%) Required to handle cleaning chemicals Apply in person Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
