You have been selected to participate in the 2022-23 Targeted Local Program! The retreat will be held at relaxing Lava Hot Springs. Targeted Local is a local-centered program to build member power and success within the local. Although guided, it is focused on your local priorities and goals. The first step in that process is the Targeted Local Retreat. This year, selected members of your leadership group will meet to develop their plan and goals for the upcoming summer/fall. Details: Monday - July 18th - Arrive at the retreat location from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. Get settled -have introductions, dinner, and training. Tuesday - July 19th - Continue the training. All meals are provided plus some breaks for team building "exercises". Wednesday - July 20th - We will conclude our training, pack up and head out in the early afternoon. We should be done by 1:00 p.m. As we are providing all meals, we need to know your dietary restrictions and anything else you think we should know to ensure a safe and fun experience for you. You will answer these questions when you select your ticket. Please feel free to bring any special snacks or non-alcoholic drinks you enjoy during the day. You will be sharing a room - you will have separate beds. We will take note of room mate preferences when you sign up to attend. The property has hot pools - so bring a bathing suit if you'd like to enjoy that after a day of training. Please also bring a jacket (or coat if needed) you know... Idaho weather. :) Bug spray is a good idea also during our outdoor activities. We are excited to offer this amazing opportunity to plan and grow your local power!
