A summer-long celebration of movies, food and music, L.A. Times Eat See Hear, presented by SHOWTIME®, is LA’s original traveling outdoor movie series going to rotating venues around the city featuring a wide mix of classic movies, live music and yummy food. “Hey you guys!” A group of young misfits called The Goonies discover an ancient map and set out on an adventure to find a legendary pirate's long-lost treasure. SEE: The Goonies /  Rated PG EAT: Yalla, El Ruso, Monty’s Goodburger, La Sorted’s Pizza HEAR: Cheer Up Club WHERE: Los Angeles State Historic Park. This is a very large, grassy lawn. You’ll want to bring pillows, cushions and blankets. PRO TIP: Come early to explore the park. DOGS: Yes! This event is dog-friendly! All dogs are welcomed with a free biscuit at the door! TIME: Doors 6pm, Music 7:30pm, Movie 8:30pm ENTRANCE: The entrance to Eat See Hear is located on Spring St. You may bike in or park for FREE on the street or adjacent to the park on the wood chips. SEATING/CHAIRS: This location is a sprawling, grassy lawn. Pillows, cushions and blankets are preferred, though low chairs with low backs are allowed. If you have a tall chair (like a lawn chair or camping style chair more than 6 inches off the ground) you will be required to sit outside the center of the venue, which is marked with signs on both the left & right side of the venue. There is ample room for chairs, so please don’t block the view of the person(s) behind you. PARKING: Paid on-site lots including on the wood chips adjacent to the park. Parking is not affiliated with, owned or operated by Eat See Hear. Free street parking nearby is also available – read the signs.
