Facilities maintenance/cleanup/custodian needed at an upscale Events Facility and winery in the hills above Woodside. Responsibilities will include general maintenance and cleaning. Applicant will be responsible for preparing the venue between events and keeping the facility in a state of readiness (lightbulbs changed, restrooms stocked, doors locked/unlocked, etc). 32 hours a week roughly, some weekend work with prior planning. Work environment is indoor/outdoor in a beautiful, calm location working with others who enjoy their jobs and workplace. Starting rate is $26/hr at a minimum- additional skills or experience could raise starting hourly rate. Thank you for your consideration.
