Our 2 year old male Catahoula Leopard/ Pit mix is in need of a new home. We took him from a family friend who couldn’t care for him when he was 8 months old, and have struggled with the adjustment between him and our other 2 dogs. But just recently he has started showing lots of aggression toward our children, usually surrounding food or toys but sometimes unprovoked and even with our training it doesn’t feel safe or fair to him or them to keep him with such small children anymore. He would do great as an only pet with adults only. He is a big cuddle bug and loves water. He is fantastic on a leash until another dog approaches. For this reason we keep him muzzled on walks. He is up to date on all shots, but is not fixed. If you are interested and don’t have other pets or children in your home please contact me. Thank you
