Join us in sunny Florida this October for a running retreat with a bunch of twists. Sunset cruises, river adventures, ghost tours, natural springs, lodging on the ocean, and lots of great running and coaching to go with it all. Becoming Ultra has been producing running retreats for over 6 years and we have the perfect balance of work and play in mind for this getaway. Finish the weekend with a race (if you want) with Jacks Trail Race which just happens to be the race partner of Season 12 for Becoming Ultra. They have multiple distances. This retreat is for all levels of runners and we put it together so you could run as much as you want or as little as you want for the people racing on Sunday! We will coach you up on race strategy, running biomechanics, fueling, mobility, strength training for performance and injury prevention as well as give you a bunch of running drills you can bring home to implement in your training!
