We are a small commercial/residential cleaning service with regular office clients, seeking experienced cleaners. Basic janitorial work: vacuum, trash, bathrooms, etc. $25/hr with a 2 hour minimum ($50 minimum per job). Most of the work will be regular cleaning clients. Our service range is S. Seattle to Lakewood, and we can give you clients near your location. Currently paying via 1099, we are working on switching to W-2’s and bi-weekly payroll. We can offer part time work at this time, our client base is rapidly expanding so if you want more work then we can give it to you down the road.
