HARRISON, NY — An early morning traffic stop soon ended with a Port Chester man facing a felony charge.
On Sunday, shortly before 2 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation. The troopers soon discovered the driver of the car, Rogelio W. Criollo, was intoxicated, according to the New York State Police.
