Riverfront Master Plan Reveal on July 2nd! There are 3 ways to particpate - join us for any or all events! CLICK HERE FOR THE SCHEDULE. The Return to the Riverbend campaign will result in a long-term master plan that guides future growth and development of Middletown's riverfront. The master plan will include recommendations for future land use, flood protection, transportation improvements and community benefits in a study area stretching from Harbor Park to the Rushford Center.
