Job Summary: $750 SIGNING BONUS/ $1,000 REFERRAL BONUS
The Production Worker performs tasks involved in the laundering and preparation of linens for Tritex Services clients. The employee in this role must exhibit accountability and flexibility in a fast paced, goal oriented, production environment. Physical requirements include repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift including; repeated bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling as well as excessive standing. Work days vary – facility is open Monday-Friday. Work hours may be adjusted due to workloads. Shifts available: 6:00- *2:30 and 9:30- *6:00. *Finish times for shifts can fluctuate with shorter and longer hours.
Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities:
Retrieve dried linen from dryers and move through production as specified.
Feed and operate press machinery, or sort and fold for final finishing.
Manually feed laundry into machinery.
Under general supervision follow processes, work rules, and policies that are in place to meet safety, quality and production goals.
Grade quality of linens while handling items; follow processes in place for items that do not meet quality standards.
Meet or exceed current production standards.
Maintain positive and professional attitude.
Exhibit respect towards management and co-workers.
Must exhibit accountability and flexibility.
Must report to work on a timely basis and maintain attendance in accordance with Tritex Services policies.
Additional Functions: Perform other production tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
