Hate to be posting this but has to happen. We adopted sweet Willie boy a little over a year ago as a playmate for our other 2yr old pitbull. We had a little power struggle in the beginning but the two have learned to love eachother and become great playmates. Unfortunately, there has always been an issue with Willie growling at my wife and even through vigorous training it has only gotten worse. Now the power struggle between the two dogs has gotten bad because our pitbull wants to protect us which has caused a constant tense household. Willie is a wonderful natured dog and get along with every animal and person but the power struggle has become too much. He needs a home where he can run and have a playmate but can be alpha. He is an amazing guard and family dog. He obeys his commands but does need a seasoned dog owner to keep his training going to keep the respect.
