Monday June 20th : 7-8:30 PM 608 breakers Ave, Fort Lauderdale FL $25 per person- please email us @ [email protected] OR DM us on IG @sunnysideupmarket Please bring a yoga mat/blanket *Includes First half of the event: Arkell- our amazing yoga instructor will provide a meditative yoga and brethe work. Second half the event: Moshantii- She would start off with a short simple breathwork, then do a guided medition to put you into a trance state and followed with reiki healing. At the end she would share any messages she channeled with you! Shop local at our wellness market! 6-10 PM
