WILDWOOD, NJ — Firefighters battled a blaze at the Windward Motel in Wildwood on Tuesday afternoon, according to reports. Ocean Avenue between Cresse and Rio Grande avenues have since reopened, Wildwood police said. Wildwood police confirmed a structure fire on Ocean Avenue. Video of the fire can be seen on the blog Watch the Tramcar Please, showing the fire taking place at the Windward Motel. The fire began shortly after 11 a.m., according to 6abc News. The Windward Motel is located at 5200 Ocean Ave in Wildwood.
