Press release from the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office: June 12, 2022 On May 31, CPSO Youth Services Detective Ray Saunders received a complaint about a juvenile being recorded while in the shower. Further investigation and video evidence recovered by CPSO Cyber Crimes Detective Tommy Lites determined 36-year-old Andrew Campbell, who previously served 15 years for murder, was responsible for the illegal recordings. Campbell was arrested on June 10 charged with video voyeurism. He was booked into Caddo Correctional Center and is being held without bond.
