CO Hard Surfaces is Hiring! We have a need for a few people to join our team of decorative concrete technicians. We work year-round, inside and outside. This is an awesome opportunity with room for growth. You don't need any experience, we will train you, but if you do, great! We do lots of different work on many different types of concrete. We do Commercial, Light Industrial, and Residential Floors, Stamped concrete patios, driveways, and sidewalks, Stained Concrete, Concrete Repair, Decorative Coatings and a few others. We are looking to hire immediately! Typical job duties and requirements: Show up on time each day Loading trucks and trailers for jobs each day Upon arrival to Job site, unloading trucks and trailers and prepping work areas (upon completion of training) Operating equipment and tools for job completion Keeping work area clean and organized Maintaining a safe work environment Organizing equipment and tools at the end of each day Learning and understanding application methods of materials and products for decorative concrete Professionalism, willingness to learn, and mindfulness of safety are 3 key things we look for.
