First, today's weather: Partly sunny, warm and humid. High: 92 Low: 80. Here are the top three stories in Charleston today: The North Charleston Police Department has officially started its summer "traffic enforcement blitz." Department officers will reportedly be cracking down on speeding violations throughout the city. The "traffic enforcement blitz" will place additional officers in the Wescott area first.
