I need my van fixed or reliable transportation

Hello. I am a T-12 Complete Paraplegic and I am totally deaf. I play wheelchair tennis nationally and my van is in need of work to become reliable. Or I could use a reliable van or vehicle large enough to carry my wheelchairs. I want to drive to my tourments. I don't like to fly. I need help and I am reaching out to the community. If anyone can work on a 2007 Nissan Quest 3.5 S I would appreciate your help. The van runs fine but occasionally I have to replace the camahaft position sensor. Their might be a problem with the transmission that is causing the part to fail. Also I may need motor mounts. There a thump when I accelerate to fast. Or if you have a good running van or vehicle that is large enough to carry my wheelchairs and is willing to donate it, I would be greatly appreciative. I can offer website design work in exchange or IT work. I used to work for IBM for years as a staff web developer and computer maintance. I also have a semi- new handcycle I would be willing to give.
