Remove cemented fence stake in yard

I have a need to have you remove a cemented in stake in a hole in the yard. This may require you to have special tools or equipment DOE. You are responsible for brining all tools/equipment to remove it. We have started to dig it up and have attached a clamp. Please respond with your plan to remove it (the cement block that filled the stake hole. This is a pay for job gig. It is estimated this job shouldn't take you more than 2-3 hours, however it could take longer. You will not be paid extra for longer time. This gig pays a flat fee of $75.
