PHILADELPHIA — President Joe Biden is coming to Philadelphia Tuesday to address a convention of organized labor unions. Biden is planned to speak at the 29th AFL-CIO Quadrennial Constitutional Convention at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The convention, which features 57 unions discussing the future of labor, began Sunday and runs through Wednesday. Biden is expected to show support for unions and organized labor. Fox 29 reports Air Force One is expected to land at the Philadelphia International Airport at 10 a.m. Rolling road closures due to the visit are expected on Interstate 95 and the Vine Street Expressway between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., according to Action News.
