STILLWATER, MN — The Stillwater Police Department is set to undergo a "comprehensive" review that will "help shape how the (department) carries out its public safety mission for the future," Police Chief Brian Mueller said. National consulting firm BerryDunn will conduct the "thorough" review, which could take up to five months, Mueller said. BerryDunn will analyze the police department's operations, staffing and personnel deployments through individual and group discussions with employees, stakeholders and community members, according to the chief.
