Description
I have a very loving American bulldog that is in need of a forever home. I have saved his life twice now. I adopted him from the Maricopa animal shelter. He was on the euthanasia list. When I adopted him he had had no visitors and was going to be put down that week. I was told that he had kennel cough and to keep him separated from my other dogs. I had a friend keep my other dog until he was well. After a week the cough hadn’t gone away and he was loosing weight and not eating. Back to the vet for more tests. Turns out he had distemper. $2000 later he has made a full recovery and has no neurological symptoms. The vet has given me his last test results showing that he has 100% beaten this virus.
So I bring his brother home and he does not get along with him. He does ok until he gets close to me. He doesn’t want to share his human.
Thanks for sticking with me this far. Now the good. He is loving and loves to snuggle. He doesn’t bark at all. I’ve only heard it once and I’ve had him since March. He can’t be kenneled. Seriously. Not an option he has a few scars from the escape from the kennel. He will get out. He will follow you from room to room as a shadow. He just wants to love on you. He will lay in bed with you all day. Or on the couch. Loves a car ride. He does have a lot of energy and would fair better if he had a yard to run around. He doesn’t like cats and doesn’t really care for other dogs.
