Motor cycle mechanic

I am buying a motorcycle from Amazon and it has some assembly required. From my understanding the front wheel is the hardest part.Also mirrors and some lights that shouldn't be to difficult.People suggested to lock tight all the bolts.It is a Liflan 200cc.The best way probably is to pay hourly since I am not sure what will be involved.It will be at my house in N.Scottsdale.Tell me what you would charge.
