HAM RADIO HELP NEEDED questions ???? please share !

i am handicapped from a bad accident and looking to have some help with a Ham and CB antenna in my back yard i have the radio and i think the right antenna but need help either installing it or directions or i heard tuning it ?? i am new to this and hope it will help me occupy my time productively in these hard times.. any help will be appreciated but i hope to find someone with knowledge and expertise that enjoys HAM radio hobby.. is there anyone that can help me get started i have the info on the class but want to have everything operational before taking that class. or if anyone has any older equipment they don't need or want id be extremely grateful for any help !!!!!
