Do you have anxiety? Intense worries? What about persistent fears in social situations? If so, you might be a great fit for our remote study! This study explores the efficacy of a therapeutic mobile game (TMG) to reduce anxiety symptoms among 18-65 year olds with symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) or social anxiety disorder (SAD). Studying the effects of this therapeutic mobile game will enhance our understanding of its utility as a digital mental health tool as well as directly inform treatment options for adults with GAD and SAD!
