Our agency is hiring a Field Manager to oversee a team of BAs for a Pepsi Zero Sampling Program! Pay Rate: $40/hr (W-2 Employee) Scheduled Events: **Must be available for all events! Time frames are TBD but mostly 2pm-10pm** -Hollywood Bowl 21-Jun -Forum 2-Jul -Forum 13-Jul -Hollywood Bowl 22-Jul -Forum 29-Jul -San Manuel 3-Aug -Hollywood Bowl 27-Aug -Greek Theater 7-Sep -Hollywood Bowl 19-Sep -Forum 15-Oct -Morongo 17-Oct -Hollywood Bowl 4-Nov Responsibilities: - Drive box truck to pick up product, (2) barrel coolers, (1) boombox, (1) table, (2) flags, (1) recycling station - Set up & Break Down (supply ice, work with BAs on where they should be walking around, etc) - Manage team of 2-5 BAs per event - Return assets to storage once event is over - Manage flow and staff onsite - Keep track of sample numbers - Submit recaps and photos of event Requirements: - Be local to LA - 1+ yrs. of management exp. - Valid DL and clean driving record - Previous exp. driving branded company vehicle - Open availability and able to commit to all events - Have experience working closely with clients as they will always be onsite **To apply, reply with full name, contact information, and current resume with relevant experience.**
