I am looking for someone who wants to work and put in some hours. I need reliable help. I have a lot of work that will last for years to come. I have many homes I am working on and need help to refurbish them. Starting pay is $12 per hour. You will be hired as a sub-contractor and you will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance. You must have a valid driver's license. Will train. Experience in light carpentry, flooring, painting, etc. is a plus. Tools are a plus but not necessary at first until you know what tools you'll need. We focus on Quality! Drug and Alcohol-free working environment. The Pay period ends on Tuesday and Payday is every Friday. You must fill out a W-9 and an Independent Contractor Waiver of Workers’ Compensation Coverage form.
