found baby bunny skinned in some spots from local cat help save it

Found this baby bunny he got skinned and I'm wondering if there are any wildlife places nearby that may help and pick him up or vet. I fed it some lettuce and water and I am keeping it safe currently in a cage outside. I wouldn't feel right just returning it back outside. It is friendly as I held it and saved it from an attack from some local cats. Just wondering if anyone is willing to give the little guy a chance.
