We are looking to hire a project foreman journeyman and a field helper. Please see below for job details. Project Foreman/Journeyman We are looking for someone with extensive experience in carpentry. We are looking for self-starters who are honest and dependable, with the ability to handle themselves professionally in stressful situations. Some of the general duties are: Building Patio Covers in wood and aluminum (experience with aluminum patio covers is a bonus). Building Decks in wood and composite material. Producing finished products as it relates to drawings, work orders, and customer contracts. Inspecting materials and supplies throughout the production process for best quality, correct quantity, and accuracy including but not limited to color, size, corbel cut, etc. Overseeing the daily set up and tear-down at the job site for an efficient and safe working environment. Making sure all company tools are operational and in safe working order. Interacting with employees, vendors and customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Being responsible for a clean company vehicle. Qualifications Ability to work Monday to Friday and Some Saturdays (Saturdays are uncommon) Able to pass a drug test. Able to lift heavy materials. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to perform detailed measurements with a tape measure Work with small power tools Drive a large truck Live in the North County area preferred Benefits Competitive wages Company vehicle provided Health insurance PTO and Sick Workers Comp Please email all resumes to [email protected].
