Hey Ho. 45yo guy looking to start another band, kind of in the vein of Diiv. Shoegazy noise, art, post-punk, beautiful, hooky, mostly upbeat but could be into some down tempo stuff. I play guitar. Seeking others to collab on 2nd guitar, keys, bass, drums. I can sing but don’t particularly want or need to, at least not solely. I am clean. Normal. Day job. Probably more square than most of Portland. But can hang with most people who are genuine, passionate and interesting. Drug free. Light - moderate drinker. I play tele customs through a vintage fender amp with a modest amount of classic pedals. I play in another band that is more of garage rock thing, but wanting something else to inspire, and challenge me, and have fun with. Other bands of prominent inspiration for this project: Parquet Courts, Fugazi, Sonic Youth, Mogwai, (early) The Cure, etc etc etc. If this sounds interesting, hit me up. Let’s chat! B
