Live in caregiver needed

I'm looking for a live-in caregiver for 2 people-a woman and a man. The woman is a quadriplegic and needs to be turned every 4-4.5 hours when she's in the bed during the day and night. She also needs bathed/showered, range of motion stretches done, shaved, teeth brushed, fed, dressed, bowel program done, transferred with a hoyer lift from the bed to the wheelchair and back to the bed, etc. Willing to train someone to do everything if needed. The man is also in a wheelchair and has cerebral palsy. He'll need help getting in/out of the bed, taking a shower and sometimes needs help getting dressed/putting shoes on, going to the bathroom, shaving, etc. We will also need meals prepared, laundry done, and house cleaning done.
