Our studio is a multi-use studio with an onsite fabrication shop and an outdoor private lot. The space is great for ecommerce product shots, editorial, music videos, commercials and much more. We have a 16' x 20' cyc with high ceilings and a 34' x 37' studio for bigger sets. The cyc has a skylight and windows for natural lighting as well as blackout curtains. Both studios have a lighting grid and 450 amp distro. There is an onsite flat rental, equipment rental, and fabrication company which means we can also build and assemble your sets for you. There are three rollup doors and access from both the front and back of the building for quick and easy load-in. General Rules General Rules -No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -No open flames -Parking over-night must be discussed with studio manager ahead of time and is an additional fee. - No pets. Service animals or animals being used for a production are allowed. - Noise levels must be respectful of our next door neighbors. Production insurance is required Furniture and decorations may be moved as long as they get moved back before the end of the booking period. Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed
