Team Embrey is looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to support our Property Management team. As a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, you will maintain buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff. Responsibilities Implement preventative maintenance, safety, and good housekeeping practices. Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment. Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive. Perform minor repairs on appliances, floors, walls, cabinets, doors, and fixtures in units. Follow all safety procedures including wearing safety and protective clothing. Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for repairs.
