-Responsibilities: You will supervise, control and manage pup group play! You will be responsible for maintaining a fun, safe, clean and enriching play environment for all pups. You will be expected to create meaningful and individual relationships with every dog that comes to our facility, as well as their families. You should be comfortable working with dogs of all shapes, breeds and sizes. You should be comfortable managing play groups of 10-17 dogs on your own. Be prepared to be very hands on by providing enrichment, supervision, keeping health records and checking over pups throughout the day. You will be responsible for creating each pups individual report card that summarizes their day during each shift. Have the ability to multi-task, have excellent time management skills and are able to adapt to change. This is a physically demanding position, and you will be required to be on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Able to work some holidays and weekends. Computer literacy (internet, Word, email etc). Having a positive mindset with the desire to create and maintain a healthy work environment. Ability to manage your emotions and have patience during stressful and sometimes chaotic times throughout the day.
