Need Custodian/Day Porter for North San Diego County. We will not consider applicants unless they have the following: Proficient English both written and verbal, current Drivers License with Proof of Insurance, the ability to pass a Drug test and full Background Investigation, Proof of the legal right to work in the United States. This position is full time with full company benefits. Experience as a Custodian/Porter. Duties include picking up grounds daily to include trash/debris, spraying to kill weeds, cleaning offices and restrooms, painting, reporting issues of concern to Maintenance Supervisor, assisting maintenance staff when needed. Requires 1-2 years experience in basic maintenance and porter duties. Have basic knowledge of cleaning properties, painting, basic maintenance. Apply only if you meet these posted requirements.
