Up to $1000 signing bonus for qualified applicants.Green Impressions is currently seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to fill an opening with a landscaping company located in Sheffield Village, Ohio. The ideal candidates should be able to effectively diagnose Irrigation systems for issues and make the appropriate repairs, test backflows and install new irrigation systems. Requirements of the Irrigation Technician Valid and Clean Driver License is required* Skills required: Experience in using equipment such as trenchers. Ability to diagnose and repair Irrigation and Landscape Lighting. Ability to lead, manage and communicate with coworkers and clients. Strong communication skills, math skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude. Skills that would be a plus: Formal education in Irrigation Systems. Ability to operate skid-steer, loaders and mini-excavators effectively. Ability to preform backflow testing. Pass a drug test. Perform service work and repairs on irrigation systems. Perform and/or assist with installation of new irrigation systems. Ability to accurately keep records and complete appropriate paperwork.
