Most folks are only interested in cheap and fast. Does it make you a little sad inside to see an open miter joint or a crooked cabinet door? Do you find yourself working long to make it “just right?” Is pricing and paperwork sucking the fun and satisfaction out of building beautiful stuff? Are you getting lots of ‘pats on the back,’ and wondering when/if the money gets better? A precious few customers will say “make it beautiful. It costs what it costs.” We like those customers and they like us. We build homes beautiful. We need another good hand. Or two. Regular schedule. $50k/yr. Part time works too. What do you say?
