Do you love love? Are you interested in learning more about the wonderful world of wedding planning? If the answer is yes, then we’d love to chat! We are an established wedding planning company looking to hire 2-3 part-time day-of wedding assistants to join our team! This position is part-time, mostly weekends. You will be assisting our planners at our weddings in the Southern California area.The actual hours will vary based on our schedule of weddings, but shifts usually range from 6-8 hours. Qualifications: -Experience in high-pressure situations -Customer service experience (does not have to be directly related to events) -Weekend availability -Thrives in group settings -Team player -Eye for design -Extreme attention to detail -Promptness and high level of accountability Preferred but not necessary: -Event experience Day-of Wedding Assistant Duties: The exact duties will vary based on the wedding needs but usually include: -Setting out decor like signs and place settings -Greeting vendors and instructing them where to set up -Clean up of decor at the end of the event Please submit your resume and a short cover letter.
